Kalloway & Thayer Systems provides managed API middleware, payload routing, and data normalization services. Active deployments include a dedicated private server endpoint, real-time in-memory payload sanitization, and automated schema maintenance for supported aggregators.
Prospective clients are provided a temporary sandbox endpoint to verify schema compatibility, payload normalization, and CRM injection validity prior to live deployment. Activation of the live production instance via our billing portal constitutes full acceptance of the provided data routing architecture.
Services are billed as a flat-rate, month-to-month managed infrastructure fee. Because hardware resources are dedicated and network endpoints are isolated immediately upon activation, all monthly payments are strictly non-refundable and non-prorated. Cancellations require a minimum 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle to ensure safe decommissioning of the data pipe and to prevent unexpected CRM data loss.
While Kalloway & Thayer Systems actively monitors and patches aggregator schema updates, we assume zero liability for data drop-offs caused by unannounced changes to third-party webhooks (e.g., Google LSA, Meta, Angi) or downstream API rate-limiting enforced by the client’s destination CRM (e.g., ServiceTitan, JobNimbus). We guarantee a 99.9% uptime on our isolated ingestion endpoints, exclusive of external aggregator failures.
We operate entirely asynchronously to maintain sub-60-second response protocols. System maintenance, endpoint configuration updates, and technical support are handled exclusively via direct engineering email channels. We do not provide synchronous telephone support or discovery calls.
